Led by accredited Nature Guide and TEDx Speaker Tansy Dowman, this free, 90-minute guided sensory session will help you ground yourself, reconnect with nature, and find a moment of calm right in the heart of the city.

What to Expect

  • Warm Welcome & Free Matcha: Meet us at Wolves of Tokyo to kick off the morning and enjoy a complimentary matcha before we set off.
  • The Journey: We’ll take a peaceful 20–30 minute walk from Olympia into the lush surroundings of Holland Park.
  • Guided Forest Bathing: Tansy will lead a relaxed, 15–20 minute sensory session designed to tune your senses into the natural environment before we journey back together.
